PASTA MACARONI ELBOW 8 ½ OZ
CARROTS, fresh, shredded 1 1/8 OZ
MAYONNAISE 4 ¼ OZ
MUSTARD YELLOW ¼ OZ
ONIONS, chopped fine ¾ OZ
PEPPERS RED, chopped fine ¾ OZ
SUGAR GRANULATED ¼ OZ
SALT ¼ TSP
PEPPER BLACK POWDER 1/8 TSP
1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to manufacture directions, shock, and reserve
2. Combine cooked pasta with remaining ingredients, blend well
3. HACCP- Hold refrigerated at 40'F or below for service
4. HACCP- Hold in chilled serving vessel at 40'F or below on salad bar
