MANGO PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE
6 Portions / 14 oz
PINEAPPLE, FROZEN Diced 1 lb
MANGO, FROZEN Diced 1 lb
LOW FAT VANILLA YOGURT 1 ½ CUPS
SKIM MILK1 QUART 2 CUPS
1. Combine the frozen fruits, yogurt and skim milk in a blender
2. Puree the Ingredients until smooth
3. Serve immediately or hold refrigerated until use
HACCP 40 F or below for the same day use.
